I too do the kids early so I can find that special toy before it disappears. I remember the year "Tickle Me Elmo" was the craze and I happened to buy 2 early in October. I gave the extra one to the Salvation Army Angel tree.

Well, I couldn't help myself and bought the first gifts. In a way it's better this way. You have much more time to look around and choices. I only hope I can keep them hidden long enough.

I am happy to report that my final drabs of gift buying is complete, the gifts are wrapped and under the tree. Now, all I have to do is cook the ham for Christmas and all will be well.
