Andarins, lemons, oranges, limes and cumquats, do best in warm and mild climate zones.

Citrus respond to fertiliser (composted animal manure is the best) best at the end of winter and then again in late summer. Fruit drop is a common problem and is often due to irregular or uneven watering. Too little or too much fertilizer can also cause this problem.
