Hehe, I knew about all that...but doesn't really motivate people all the time, does it? lol. I often find myself too busy with other things to really get in the good cardio workouts I need.

Now, ppl have no time to do exercise. But, exercise does not mean that you have to go to gym everyday. You may choose walking instead of transport or you may park your car far away from your destination. These daily activities can also help you.

Default Why exercise?

Because as soon as we start exercising, certain chemicals, called endorphins, are released into the bloodstream. These chemicals give us a natural feeling of well-being, so we feel more in control of our lives and more confident about ourselves. Result? Life gets better and more enjoyable.

Aside from the endorphins(sp), which also come out when people are happy, anyone think exercise has a slightly more balancing effect in some people in regards to exercising and/or/vs eating healthy?

Fact: lack of exercise leads to increased body fat(just typed by me)...you really need to exercise though...or else you'd definitely have some regrets...

Wink Re: Regular exercise

Lack of exercise is most dangerous for people, it can cause obesity, heart disease and overall health risk. The benefits of exercise for heart patients are well documented, including reducing stress, cholesterol levels, blood pressure and even reversing atherosclerosis. Exercise is fun and you should have to maintain a daily routine for exercise. But every people should learn how to exercise safely. before making changes in their daily exercise routine they should first discuss with their physician?
