Sure can! I've set up a routine for myself that mostly involves the treadmill. That's what I enjoy doing most, but I need to throw some aerobics into the mix sometimes, too.

I never have time to exercise, by the time i get home from work there is no motivation left!!!

Yup, motivation is the main culprit for me too! There's no way I can got to a gym - the thought of running on treadmill like some giant hamster doesn't appeal I just try to do the things that I quite like and that I wouldn't consider exercise like walking or yoga they are ofcourse but I enjoy them for other reasons. As soon as someone mentions jogging, or weights, or aerobics, there's no motivation for me - I'd run a mile (actually they may be more motivational that I think!)
