Yup, motivation is the main culprit for me too! There's no way I can got to a gym - the thought of running on treadmill like some giant hamster doesn't appeal
I just try to do the things that I quite like and that I wouldn't consider exercise like walking or yoga they are ofcourse but I enjoy them for other reasons. As soon as someone mentions jogging, or weights, or aerobics, there's no motivation for me - I'd run a mile (actually they may be more motivational that I think!)
