Now, everyone's gal is not to simply live longer. The goal is to live a longer and healthier life. Some common fruit can help you regarding this. Recent studies show that cherries and strawberries have antioxidants that acts as antiaging factor.

...but what if I really like strawberries? Antioxidants work by neutralizing "free radicals" that roam your body and damage cells. So, antioxidants can kinda slow down the aging process (it's not fountain of youth though, lol).

There are many antioxidant capsules are available in market. Do you know those are good or not? Like Amway has these types of capsules. I think, natural source of antioxidants are more useful. What is your idea?
