These days everyone wants to lose weight fast. But, I think, losing weight slowly is better for our health and it also last for long time. "crash diet" may cut your fat in a short period of time, but can cause harmful effects. What is your opinion?

I agree. Unfortunately, we usually decide to go on diet when faster results are more than welcome.
Anyone knows about Brides les Bains treatement ? I've found it on the net. I suppose our French fellows know it anyway. I wonder if a six days cure there worths the price.

Only 2% of people that lose weight actually keep it off forever. 2%. That is because all these fad diets do not teach you how to deal with food, they just get the weight off. Losing weight is mostly psychological.

Actually you have to include low calorie food in your diet and regular exercise is must. Include lots of fruits in your diet. They contain large amount of minerals and vitamins and also low calorie.
