I *love* milk!! I have to be sure not to drink *too* much of it, actually. I try and spread my daily servings of milk around by having yogurt and such. I usually have 1 cup with breakfast and 1 cup with dinner. Thankfully, my 1yo son loves it, too. I was hoping he would inherit my love of milk!

I'm a milkaholic. It's in my family...we are all huge fans of ice cream, and could never give up that or milk. I'll never have a problem with calcium, that's for sure lol. Did you know that even if you aren't lactose intolent, if you stop drinking milk you slowly lose the ability to digest it? Humans generally lose the ability to digest milk as they age, but because most of us continue to drink it we continue to produce the enzymes required for digestion (unless you're lactose intolerant, that is).

I am lactose in-tolerant. And can`t even get by with the pills , that seem to relieve it. Milk ugh. Cows milk , is for BABY COWS, not humans. I raise cattle/pigs and an assortment of other animals. I have never, since age 10 eaten red meat or drank milk. Now cheese is another matter. Goat cheese for me, Echos
