Green tea contains flavonoid.Flavonoids function as antioxidants, protecting the body against some types of cancer. This also helps to control fat oxidation and thus green tea may play a role in weight management.

I have heard opposite thoughts about green tea. I have heard that it does have redeeming qualities, and I have also heard that it is overrated. But, if you like it, and it seems to help... go for it!
(I, personally, don't like the taste) |

Green tea really helps in losing weight. It is my personal experience.As a health instructor, I always recommend green tea.
