Have you tried online dating? Two friends of mine a fierce online daters and their adventures amuse me. They're anythign but succesful. What do you think of online dating?
"The result is an emerging caste system, where highly rated daters see a lot of action, and others are deemed undateable. The online romance industry doesn't talk about the folks in the latter category, but they're out there. They're singles with seemingly innocent attributes that are setting off digital flags signaling they're unfit to date, or maybe just slightly less fit than others." I don't think there's anything wrong with online dating. Used to be you met potential partners through family and friends or some other social outlike, like clubs or church. Any more people live away from families, don't have a lot of extra time for many social pursuits and their friends are in the same boat. Online dating fills the gap.

I met my husband through online dating!!
It is a very viable option, in my opinion. You have to be cautious with anyone you meet, whether in person or online. My husband and I exchanged emails, then talked on the phone and then met in person at a very public event. We dated for 2 years, and just celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary (and we have a 1yo son) I did have to go through a number of crazy online dates to find my husband. But, I met a number of men in real life, also, and had some awful dates as well. So many people are online nowadays, thus it would be natural to start meeting people online. It still has such a stigma, and I wish it wouldn't! I just attended a wedding of a friend of mine who married a man she met on Match.com. She is a beautiful VERY successful businesswoman. He is VERY wealthy and owns his own business as well. Both of them were so busy and never got time to meet anyone. Plus, both of them were DONE with the bar scene. Match.com helped them to meet, and they have been together ever since. I think it is a great thing! |

I have never dated on-line. So I really can not say a whole lot about it. But I have friends who have, and more has not worked out then have worked out. But I guess there is a fifty percent chance no matter how you do it.

I never tried and actually, i don't believe in online dating. It is not possible to know anyone online and how could we select him/her as a life partner? Online friendship id ok, but dating? No.
