Preschool Teacher?

I feel sorry for teachers these days, I know there are bad ones out there, but I think a lot of the time the teachers just can't win, they have so many people telling them how to do their jobs that they're always going to end up in the wrong with somebody.

I had a great teacher at school, but they were always told off by the head for being too friendly with the children. They had the respect of every kid, even the most badly behaved ones, and they had the best test results in that subject, but their style was too unorthodox, supposedly :/

Both of my parents are teachers...but neither is a preschool teacher...and they complain about the bad behaved children...teachers are definitely underpaid...
