Default What do you do to relax?

Here's a good question for everybody. What do you do at the end of a long day or even longer week to relax?

I like to read a book if the weather is bad (maybe in the bath?) or work in the garden when it's good.

What's your relaxation secret?

I read occasionally, but really don't have too much time for that. What I do is go hiking with my kids in the woods. Sometimes, it is not too relaxing though if the kids are misbehaving, but getting out into Nature usually revives me.

This may sound boring, but in the event that I actually do get a chunk of time to myself I like to sleep. It really makes me feel invigorated and I think I'm still trying to catch up on my sleep from having two babies in under two years.

I love to take a hot bath and read a good book. I also like to head to bed early whenever possible especially when I am stressed and need to just relax for a few.

Sigh... some of these suggestions make me jealous! I haven't had a nap since I was pregnant with my first child... and a soothing bath since I was a teen probably.
Every moment of my day must be filled with something productive in some way.

Currently I'm trying to set aside wind-down time on an evening for either reading or playing on the Playstation.

I usually watch a good movie. If I cannot find any good one, my next choice is to read a book, listen music, take care of my cats, do some shoppings, especially during week-ends, only for my pleasure, take a walk around. Sometimes, I go to the cinema. Well, at least when they have a movie worth seing it on the big screen. Lately, I amuse myself trying to edit my own favorite books (no, I'm not a writer !).

Most of the time, I usually play videogames, go to movies...or even program a bit.
