Default Pets Thread

So, there's a whole long thread for cats... but what about other animals. Here's a thread for people to talk about all their pets.

My brother-in-law has a pet rat he calls Fox. Would you have a rat for a pet?

Had rats - amazing creatures. Really intelligent as well. I would never recommend anyone keeps rats unless they've read up on how to look after them properly, though.

Soft spot for hamsters, too. Got to beat temptation to buy one whenever in a pet shop. Used to have a huge system of Rotastck - about 20 sections, but left it in the loft of an old house because we figured on not having a hamster again.

I've always wanted a rat, but my mother absolutely forbid it. Now that I'm out on my own, I may get one. I actually love all rodents; I find them cute and intelligent.

I could never have a rat for a pet. I'd rather face a bear in the springtime.

I cannot afford it right now, but I'd like to have a husky one day. I hope it can get along with my cats.

Rats, hamsters or snakes are not for me. I prefer the noisy one.

Personally, I have been wanting a ferret
A snake or a rat might be pretty fun too though.

I have a very nice cat named ...... Ozzie. He is a two year old black male who showed in our yard when he was about 6 weeks old. He tries to run our household.

I would hate to have a rat for a pet!

I used to have an Iguana named Gwen, but she was jealous of my boyfriend. She would get very angry. Now I have a pug and two cats.
