If we're talking about marriage then team work is about backing up the other person in the marriage no matter what. They are the most important person, not your friends, not your job, or whatever. Its about looking after them when they're ill, doing nice things for them just for the sake of it, and making sure that if something is important to them you'll remember / consider that. In return, they'll do the same for you.
