Charles to slam business over green issues

Harmony, due out from Harper Collins in 2010, is a book penned by the Prince of Wales in an effort to promote the green cause.
The Prince aims to upset the current mindset of the world which tends to place industry and commerce above nature, which he believes will lead to the destruction of nature and the ecosystem.
According to the Prince, people tend to place their own needs above nature or are somewhat a bystander to nature, when as a nation people should learn to live in harmony with nature.
In his public statements he has emphasized the need to respect nature and learn to live in harmony with it because this is the only way to truly sustain and preserve the world that we live in.
Harmony has already drawn many comparisons to past United States vice president’s work “The Inconvenient Truth.”
Well known green activist Tony Juniper who was with Friends of Earth is working alongside the Prince to help clarify the overall message of Harmony.
Juniper also currently works with the Prince on his rainforest project.
The Prince of Wales has refused all royalties, but a portion of the profits will be donated by Harper Collins to his charity foundation referred to commonly as The Prince’s Trust.
Alongside the novel is a film documentary, also titled Harmony, that is currently being filmed in America, where Al Gore paved the way for widespread acceptance of sustainability and personal accountability.
Although most of the film will be set in the United States and filmed by Balcony Films, it is expected that several scenes from the documentary will be filmed on the Prince of Wales’s personal organic farm in Highgrove.
So as not to leave anyone out and to further his cause, the Prince of Wales is also scheduled to release a children’s companion picture book to Harmony in 2011.
