Pro-coal demonstration flops

Whilst more than 2,500 people protested against coal power this week in Washington DC, a counter-rally of pro-coal activists flopped in style with just 25 people turning up.
Organised by the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI), the ‘Celebrate Coal!’ rally attracted just 25 activists - and that’s according to their reports.
Eyewitnesses saw just four lonely CEI protestors.
Either way, both numbers are fewer than CEI’s 30 office workers - which means they can’t even get all their own employees to support their cause.
Other genius campaigns backed by the CEI include ‘CO2: We Call It Life’, and EnjoyBottledWater.org.
